Will the wig look like the photos?
We strive to ensure product images accurately represent the wig you will receive. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or styling.
How do I choose the right wig?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment provider, PayFast.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through PayFast using encrypted payment technology. Crown Culture does not store your card details.
Can I return a wig?
Due to hygiene considerations, wigs may only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the damage.
